In December of 2014, customers and we met on the exhibition. After negotiation and visiting our factory after exhibition, they came to know our factory design and innovation ability, and then decided to take samples back for test. After 5 months of actual test, they began to cooperate with us and placed orders. Every time before delivery, we would inspect the goods and allow delivery till they were tested qualified. Until now, we are still keeping good cooperation relationship with our customers. We develop new OEM products together and have more and more product styles.

We have been cooperating with this Canadian safety equipment manufacturer since 2015 and the customer trusts us so much. At the beginning, they requested to take some blue LED warning light samples for test so we completed the samples within 48 hours and then sent to customers. They received our samples and carried out tests, but they were not very satisfied with the light brightness. After receiving the feedback, we discussed solutions with engineering design department, and after two weeks of improvement, we sent samples again. We got customer's recognition this time we began to cooperate formally. From then on, they have been trusting us so much that they give us full power to deal with order matters after their placing orders until they received the products.

In 2015, we met the customer on exhibition and we have been keeping in touch since then. Until the middle of 2016, we developed a new kind of forklift safety lights and sent to customers. They showed great interest and visited our factory. After visiting, they tested some samples and placed an order and we began to cooperate. Later customers requested warning lights with higher brightness to adapt to the outdoor environment. We researched and developed for 3 months and successfully provided the products they needed. At the end of that year, customer proposed new requirement on the products and came to our company again. According to their idea, we provided design and production. Until now, we are still keeping good cooperation relationship with our customers.

At the beginning of contacting with this well-known American light retailer, the customer requested detecting samples to test the product quality. We provided samples and after 2 months of testing, our products met their demand and they decided to place an order first. In order to reassure the customer, we promised that if there was any quality problem, we would recover the products and pay the transportation expenses. After a whole year's test in 2017, our products passed their acceptance criteria. They began to order in bulk and also began to choose other products in our company.
